Since 2001, the Vocational Training Youth Organisation (JongerenOrganisatie Beroepsonderwijs, JOB) has conducted a biennial customer satisfaction survey (known as ODIN5) among intermediate vocational education students. Its purpose is to gain insight into the education system’s successes and to pinpoint areas with room for improvement. The results from the survey are also used at a national level, by the Ministry of Education, Culture, and Sciences, for example.
In addition to a research report and a magazine, the results of the research are published on-line using KIWI. It allows customised research reports to be composed, but also includes standard views of frequently requested tables, enabling the research to feed the information needs of various types of users.
